FOTD :: Back From the Tropics!

Hey dolls,
So I'm back from my vacation with a wonderful tan (which I hope can last) and still feeling very tropical! A great tan does go a long way! It's almost like an automatic boost of confidence in many ways. It gives you a great glow, and makes you look radiant!
While I have my tan, I like to make it pop by using certain colors to compliment it. In this tutorial, I had a blast playing with pinks and purples! I was mainly inspired by a Barbie doll that I have at home (yes, I still actually have some of these left over...mainly collectibles still in their boxes!). It also gave me a chance to dig in my stash and use my Too Fab lipstick along with my Fashion lipgloss from the Dress Camp collection; which I love and really need to start using more often. These lippies are the perfect pink shades for tanned skin, especially when used together. I'm so lucky I was able to get my hands on it!
Most of the eyeshadows used here are limited edition, but they are still indeed mostly available. So make sure to go to maccosmetics.com to grab these gorgeous colors while you still can!Of course, if you have any questions on how to achieve this very 'Malibu Barbie-esque' look, feel free to ask! Enjoy!
